Purpose of the service

OnePage Creator is an online service for preparing, generating and delivering one-page websites. Users can describe a project, provide content and photos, receive visual proposals, request revisions, pay for an order and download the approved files and publishing guide.

OnePage Creator delivers the ordered website files. Unless covered by a separate offer or agreement, public hosting of the delivered website, domain registration and maintenance after download are not included.

Access and acceptable use

The service requires a recent browser, a valid email address and, for private areas, a temporary sign-in link. Users are responsible for the security of their mailbox and access. Attempts to bypass protections, gain fraudulent access, disrupt the service or perform unauthorised automated extraction are prohibited.

This information concerns the OnePage Creator platform itself. Customers remain free to select the host of the website delivered to them.

Intellectual property

The trade name, structure, visual identity, texts, interfaces, graphics, databases, software and platform-specific components of OnePage Creator are protected by intellectual property law. No licence to the platform is granted beyond the right of use required to complete an order.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, adaptation, distribution, substantial extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Usage rights relating to files actually delivered to customers are separate and governed by the contractual terms applying to their order.

User-provided content

Users remain responsible for any text, name, logo, photo, link or other file they provide. They warrant that they hold all required rights, permissions and consents, particularly where identifiable individuals, trademarks or third-party works are involved.

E-R.I may refuse, suspend or remove content that is clearly illegal, fraudulent, malicious, discriminatory, infringing or harmful to third-party rights. Reports can be sent to contact@e-r-i.fr with the relevant URL or project reference and supporting evidence.

Content assisted by creation services

The service may use creation assistance tools to produce copy, code, UI/UX direction and visuals. Proposals are reviewed during the approval process, but users must verify their accuracy and suitability before publication, especially for regulated activities.

Availability and liability

E-R.I uses reasonable means to maintain service availability, security and accuracy. Interruptions may nevertheless occur for maintenance, updates, technical incidents, provider outages or force majeure.

E-R.I is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect information supplied by the user, changes made after delivery, improper configuration by the customer’s chosen host or a third-party service outside its control. This does not restrict warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

External links and third-party services

The platform may link to Stripe, Pennylane, suggested hosting providers, support services or other third-party websites. E-R.I does not control their content, availability or practices. Users should review their respective terms and privacy policies.

Personal data and cookies

Data processing purposes, recipients, retention periods and individual rights are described in the privacy policy. Audience measurement tools are loaded only after the user has given consent.

Security and reporting

Access to accounts and projects is personal. If you receive a sign-in link by mistake, detect suspicious access, find a vulnerability or identify clearly illegal content, notify E-R.I without delay at contact@e-r-i.fr. Please do not exploit or publicly disclose a vulnerability before it has been resolved.

Applicable law and complaints

The website and this notice are governed by French law. Complaints should first be sent to E-R.I to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, statutory jurisdiction rules apply without depriving consumers of mandatory protections.

Commercial terms, payment, delivery, any withdrawal rights, warranties and dispute resolution are governed by the terms and conditions applying to the order.
